sold my D70 for £250 with no lens a couple of years ago. ebay isn't a terribly good guide as the prices vary wildly, better to check out some second hand camera gear sites
If you are upgrading then you might get a trade-in price (depending on the shop).
Also that 18-70 lens might be worth keeping unless you already have a replacement.

I dunno about that, the completed listings look pretty consistent. £150 body only, £250 with the kit lens. £50-90 for the prime.

james - I just bought a 2nd hand D70 body and 18-200mm lens. Body prices did seem to vary quite a lot ... I think I did well-ish on the body (£160 posted) and 'standard' on the lens. Obvioulsy condition, number of shutter actuations, batteries, box etc indluence price a fair bit.
But I'm after a 50mm lens, so let me know if you're selling it seperately
