I need a new phone to replace my broken phone.

I don't need anything super just phone and the odd text.

I was trying to find one that can survive mud and rain and looking for the old nokias. All I can remember was that they were sort of rubber and dustproof and water proof.

So can anyone tell me the model number to look for or are then any better options?

Also reason for old version as it needs to be cheap!

Many thanks.

5500 Sport! Basic now but I used mine as a bike gps, and it's still going after 4 years.

Motorola defy is the most rugged touchscreen phone you can get.

That JCB phone is silly money considering it's features - i.e. none.

70 quid sim free, so its possibly the cheapest mentioned on the thread so far - it looks quite big and horrific though. Tough phones tend not to be feature rich.

Just get an old 6210i/6310i - but they're not cheap either - in fact I've a drawer full 😉
