can anyone help?
the laptop is fine on the docker and can be seen on the flat screen monitor aswell but soon as i close the laptop the flatscreen goes blank.
1 - I have changed the power settings "what to do when laptop lid closed" to DO NOTHING
but it is still not playing ball, i remember it happening before on another Dell there is another silly setitng somewhere??

cheers i forgot to mention i tried that - it comes up with..
'disconnect projector'
'duplicate'
'extend'
'projector only'
the only one that works is what it was originally set at 'duplicate'??
mmmm strange...
just right clicked the laptop deskop and brought up the display settings, put a click next to MONITOR and it worked when i closed the lid.
why do they have 50 different places to change one setting!
seems like i sorted.
