Needs to be quite stretchy like a rubber band, single core, unsheathed and about 3-4mm diameter. Only need about 60cm at most.
Can't find anything appropriate anywhere. Any ideas?

edit: just re-read "needs to be stretchy, like an elastic band" so may not be stretchy enough
