Try a local sign maker. Had a load of piranha fish and pool balls done on vinyl a while back (long story). Cost next to nowt.

If not, if you want a single colour design, I can recommend the place I got the decals for my red bike from. They seem really good quality, were a reasonable price & they apparently do custom designs...
