try some highstreet car spares shops, many have decals of lettering, you might find what you need.

Wouldn't having MBK on a frame de-value it?

Cheeky, I've got one of the old decent ones with Columbus tubing and Columbus Genius forks.

Either a signmaker - who should be able to match (or get close to) the original font, or if you're not too fussed about that, then B&Q has a rack of letters so you can make them up yourself.

There used to be a couple of people on here who did custom lettering, but failing that, there must be a sign shop near you that'll knock off some for a fiver.
