I don't really need sat nav very often as I rarely drive to places I don't know, but there are occasions it would be useful. Had been umming and aahing about getting one of the sat nav apps for my iphone as it's a fair bit cheaper than buying a standalone unit. Had been looking at CoPilot for c£25, but noticed Ndrive for the bargain price of £14.99.

Decided I couldn't really loose at that price so d/l'd it earlier and have been out in the car using it. I stuck in a few addresses of family and friends in Bristol, and a few postcodes. Took me there no probs with good visual and audio prompts. I tried confusing it a few times by ignoring turn instructions and it calculated a new route in a few seconds, no drama.

Havn't tried it out of town yet, but for £15 it seems a real bargain.

Had CoPilot but not used it, so I've deleted it and I'll reinstall it when I get a new bigger phone in June. That price for Ndrive is amazing, tho', and for the occasional jaunt sounds like just the jobbie. I also have Memory Map Free, and for most of my driving, where I pretty well know the route, just need confirmation as I'm driving, using the AA road map on the phone works perfectly. I just don't have enough space on my 16Gb, so waiting for 64Gb.
