Same as any malware. Use Ad Aware.

Turn off Hibernation and System Restore.
Boot into Safe Mode.
Run Ad Aware and let it do its thang.
Boot back into normal mode and switch System Restore and Hibernate back on.

Uninstall what you can from Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs, then I'd recommend [url= http://malwarebytes.org ]Malwarebytes[/url] over AdAware as a starting point for this infection.

AdAware used to be the daddy, but that's not been the case for a few years now.

I used malwarebytes - did the job first time. Your only problem is that mywebsearch might block the download. If I remember I downloaded it onto a memory stick via an alternate machine and installed from the memory stick.

Renaming the executable sometimes gets round that too.
