Pretty much ideal I'd have thought. Although cornflakes for breakfast are a bit crap.

Excellent. Too many people don't drink enough water IMO.

And I have to agree with molgrips on the cornflakes. Maybe go for something a bit lower GI?

Have a look at www.livestrong.com has a fairly good calorie counter which shows the nutritional value of a days food as a pie chart. Good to see how your daily intake balances up. Also, put in what exercise you've done and it records calories for that as well.

Nice simple diet/training tracker.

Not sure how accurate it is but I'm losing weight and feeling great! (jumps in the air and claps)

Yep, porridge is good. I actually have all-bran with hot water and chopped banana - not everyone's cup of tea ๐Ÿ˜† but it works for me!

(I don't do milk)

I had a funny diet yesterday:
3 cups of tea
2 cheese on toast
1/2 a chicken kiev
8 pints of cider

But then it was a cycling night!

Ton - I think you'll live, just don't do it too often ๐Ÿ˜‰

Breakfast...Bran flakes, chopped banana & half tin of peaches.
Lunch...Tin of pineapple chunks & banana.
Dinner...oven chips, breaded cod, peas & sweetcorn.
Late snack...rest of the peaches.

Are you dieting Ton ?

Better than the rubbish some people eat, but still could be better.

bowl of cornflake - eggs and veg + EVOO (can have porridge as well)

apple and pear - apple + small handful of nuts

mixed bean salad, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, onion, garlic and tin of mackeral.

orange - ( protein shake + bit of peanut butter or nuts + spinach etc)

large grill pork chop - change to chicken
roast parsnip, butternut squash, carrot, broccoli and garlic.

is it good or bad, am i missing anything nutritional.

Depends what your goals are. I'd up protein and healthy fat and cut out cornflakes and most of the fruit as a start.

Reads pretty well to me Ton.

Today I've eaten.

An apple to get me going
Bacon and egg barm
Another apple
Massive salad for dinner. Weighed, errm a ton.
Yoghurt
Double Decker
Another apple
Bag of crisps.
Around 4 I started feeling a bit peckish so I had another double decker
Once I got home I ate about 4 cheese triangles
Wife cooked us a fry up tonight so I had two bacon rashers, three sausages, scrambled egg, mushrooms, two potato cakes, beans and some toast (with butter on)
Then I washed that down with a caramel bar.

I've got a six pack HTH.

I'll be honest, I don't really know. they taste of nothing, and are mainly water. I think it's cos I used to love them as a small child, and they were actually a lot tastier then.
