"Contra" by Vampire Weekend
"I had the blues but I set them free" by Bombay Bicycle Club
"Wall of arms" by The Maccabees
"Glasvegas" by Glasvegas

And also listening to "The Hours" soundtrack by Phillip Glass.

I find a 4/4 mid-tempo house mix, without too many vocals, best for getting my head down and working.

Got PJ Harvey on atm but she's a bit shouty and I keep getting distracted by wondering what's upset her.

I'm working to "Ted Leo and the Pharmacists - Shake the Sheets" currently.

I found myself very productive whilst listening to "Strife - In This Defiance" the other day though. ๐Ÿ™‚

Key rule: nothing sung or with a significant amount of words. Soma FM Groove Salad fits the bill as do long mixes from Little White Earbuds, and other "tech-house" and Detroit-type sounds.
