Looking for a night in Fort William and one near Glentress.

I stay here when going to Glentress.
Try Calluna in the Fort........owner is a mountain guide....It's on the hill above the town, easy for the pubs etc. and bike friendly.
Backcroft b&b chapel st innerleithen number of folks on here recommended them
Thanks the recommendations.
A bit of further advice; we will be travelling from N.West of England so the plan is to travel up on a Thursday in the day, circa 7 hours driving so no riding that day, stay in Fort William at night ready for a full day on the Friday. Now, would you then travel straight to Glentress/Innerleithen on Friday evening (3 1/2 hours) and then have a full day on Saturday and half a day on Sunday between the two trails or would you stay in Fort William on the Friday night and travel to Glentress in the morning?
Its kind of a mini stag (one of many!) so drinking at night is a must!!
As rocketdog said above, craiguart is a great place to stay. We stayed there last year twice and wouldn't hesistate going back, breakfast is great, rooms clean and tidy and did i mention breakfast is great?
Only one thing we found if in the room under im guessing its there living area, the floor is wood and sometimes can be a little nosy if your a light sleeper.
Fort William we stayed at burnbank lodges self catering, right next to the trails as you can ride into fortwilliam via the forest trails.
There are so many trails at innerleithen you can easily have a full day there. There are DH runs cx trails with loads of enduro type trails in between. Glentress has a good mix of trails but it would be fair to say it's less of a test
Tontine, in Peebles is good for Glentress - that's where we always stay when we're up that way.
Nice place, food's good and there's a lock up round the back for the bikes.
Depends what you[re after though, might be a bit pricy for a stag do?
Fort William can be a bit of a pig to get a bed in at times, so we've tended to go for either whatever's available in town (Bank St Lodge was the last place, but nowhere to keep the bikes overnight), or down the road a bit in Kinlochleven (MacDonald Hotel/Cabins are good) but again, if it's for a stag do I'm guessing you'll want to be in the thick of it a bit?!
