I've been trying to set up a couple of new Fasthost email accounts with Mozilla. The accounts are active as I can use them through the Fasthost webamil and Outlookweb that's linked to through the Fasthost web.
The problem is that Mozilla doesn't recognise the passwords and the secondry problem is that the Fasthost helpdeskare asking for both the email address and password, which I find a bit odd.
Is there any reason why Mozilla won't recognise the info? Well known incompatability issues?
Should I trust the [i]helpdesk[/i] with my email and password (password can be changed easily enough and account is new)?

Does it need authentication? Set username and password up correctly for incoming and outgoing servers...
It does the search itself, doesn't it? The only manual input is the email name and password, it refuses the password.
I'm more concerned with giving details to the [i]helpdesk[/i].
