erm did i miss something ? like the podium celebrations ? Thats kind of like watching Wimbledon and then cutting as soon as the last ball is played ( i cant imagine that happening !!).

I mean come on it the guys 100th win !

Its on eurosport2 now, so they might have the podium etc

dont have eurosport, bummer im gutted I was looking forward to the podium, its pretty crap of the bbc of to not extend for a few mins for a historic moment !

Blame the bloody tennis, great for Rossi and the fight with Toesland Kalio Capirosi and the rest was brilliant

grahamt - I reckon is because his feet get very hot. The bike kicks out a huge amount of heat behind the fairing. Just a suggestion though.

Interview in this months bike magazine, he says it helps increase braking leverage and increases stability.

BBC coverage is pretty lame all round. Watched it again on Eurosport and it was far better. Toby & Julian give far more info and manage to impart some real excitment, which the old turnips on the BBC don't.
Not Rossi's finest race, but always a pleasure to see him win and i loved the mural! The guy deserves all the adulation he gets - probably the worlds finest practicing sportsman.
