Will dry some of these for use later ina sauce, but for lunch today, a bit of parsley, some butter and on toast.

Did you nick that chopping board off my best mate? I bought it as a present for him years ago. 😡
well if you like eating granite then there's plenty of that round here.
But with temps barely above 5 C and the daffs still in bloom there's not much edible out there yet - except granite or grass
