I've just received a jacket from an eBay seller. Nice jacket - only £20*, new, as described but it has a ruddy Security tag on it!
So it's either and oversight or nicked. I could return it but then that costs me money (which I'm unlikely to get back).
Report to eBay (again it could just be an oversight).
Or cut the tag out (its on an inside pocket)
...just waiting to hear back from seller now.
(*same jacket is on sale by other sellers are similar price so didn't seem odd, seller has 100% positive feedback).

if you're convinced it's not nicked why can't you use a magnet to remove the tag? If you've not got one an electromagnet should work.
