My contracts up and i'm a bit fed up with 02.Having experienced 3 mobile phone providers with poor customer service what are vodafone and tmobile like to deal with or do they all have the same we couldnt give a shite attitude as 02/orange and carphone warehouse.
More importantly what's the reception like in the south wales hills/afan brechfa etc.
Vodafone are so-so in South Wales. T-Mobile and Orange are both pretty good and customers can now register for free roaming across both networks i.e. if you’re on T-Mob and you lose the signal, your phone roams onto Orange for free. In practice, this gives pretty great coverage everywhere. Both networks also have markedly better 3G coverage than Vodafone so you gain on that front as well if you access the interweb from your phone.
