Hi All i bought a Sony Ericsson Mobile for my daughters Christmas it has worked fine till 2 weeks ago then it started to switch itself on & off we took it back to The Orange shop it got sent away for repair got it back 2 days later & was told the software had been updated it was sent back again returned after a week & now 2 days later the same problem's :I'm taking it back tomorrow can i Demand a refund or Exchange as i feel they'v had a reasonable chance to repair it (unsuccessfully) any advice ? thanks all
