Evening... in my bid to take over the knife making world i am looking at doing some shows and stuff. does anyone out there use these things and know which are the best deals to get? its new tech and the market seems to have exploded atm....

I've seen a few small business craft ale micro bars using them, it might put some people off if they see a card reader plugged into a smart phone.

That's all the advice I can offer.

You can get a gps unit for about £23 a month,don't know how much extra they throw on top of the sales,worth it if your on the road a lot.

we use IZettle

bluetooth to phone, use it for off site (shows etc)

no bother, esp welcomed by younger customers who have no problem with it

paperless, are they about £50 now, no rental, charges a flat 2% ? and money in your account in 2-3 working days

not at the moment, but my prices arent exactly pocket change! so a card reader is really needed

no props, good thing is if you don't use it for 6 months, it doesn't cost you

think it limited to £200,000 a month tho (as if thats a problem)

Paypal do a mobile card payment machine, linked to a phone for the connection.
