We will be in touch
Evening... in my bid to take over the knife making world i am looking at doing some shows and stuff. does anyone out there use these things and know which are the best deals to get? its new tech and the market seems to have exploded atm....
cheers
I've seen a few small business craft ale micro bars using them, it might put some people off if they see a card reader plugged into a smart phone.
That's all the advice I can offer.
most do it by bluetooth now....
You can get a gps unit for about £23 a month, don't know how much extra they throw on top of the sales, worth it if your on the road a lot.
we use IZettle
bluetooth to phone, use it for off site (shows etc)
no bother, esp welcomed by younger customers who have no problem with it
paperless, are they about £50 now, no rental, charges a flat 2% ? and money in your account in 2-3 working days
not at the moment, but my prices arent exactly pocket change! so a card reader is really needed
thanks Cozz thats the kind of feedback i was looking for...
no props, good thing is if you don't use it for 6 months, it doesn't cost you
think it limited to £200,000 a month tho (as if thats a problem)
Paypal do a mobile card payment machine, linked to a phone for the connection.
i bloody wish it was a problem!!! t=c for them i think is 2 years....
footflaps... i dont really want paypal taking a big wedge out... they get enough as it is!
I see the iZettle epos a lot at shows in coffee shops ETC.
