Perfect guests for OLD Wossy to leer over. Nothing special there either physically or musically.

Jonathan Woss programme on ITV.

The Saturdays, a popular beat combo featuring totty.

Put the two together, add some numpties who watch said programme and you've got this thread ๐Ÿ˜‰

Is it just me or are the Chilli's just looking a bit old and sad these days?

Only musicians, they can't defy biology...almost pushing 50 now.

Still good music tho.

My girlfriends the double of the blonde one, Mollie. We've had free upgrades on trains, a few bottles of bubbly and a inflatable paddling pool from people mistaking her as 'that blonde one out the Saturdays'

I've taken a sudden dislike to catflees... Envy is a terrible thing...

Don't be envious clobber, the paddling pool was rubbish. It had an inflatable dolphin centerpiece, that My ADHD nephew kicked in till it burst. If I'd have paid for it I'd have taken it back.

None of 'em do much for me to be honest. Very non-descript.

I mean, you wouldn't say no if they were buying but when it got to home time and they started hinting about a nightcap, you'd come up with a hair washing excuse.... Unless at least two others said they'd be up for it too.

Perfectly presentable young ladies, I wouldn't turn any of them down. Musically, however, they're decidedly average, the usual repetitive mindless junk that Radio 1 thinks is cutting-edge pop. Dull, duller, dullest.

Ego and the Just Can't Get Enough video and singles were good. It's just pop.

Pics or GTFO.

ITV still can't show music without fudging the sound up. Although what with the bland nature of Chilli Peppers "new" music probably no-one noticed.
I'd take Girl's Aloud over the Saturdays thanks. Far more real. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I just can't look at them in any way other than another girl pop band
probably due to the fact that my daughter used to have their poster on her bedroom wall when they were called S Club Juniors

I have it on good authority that only 2 of them were S-Clubbers. (Wife told me)

The Chilli's? Surely the most inexplicably popular band since U2. As someone said about Le Tour, "You were much better when you were doing drugs". And lets face it, they were crap then! ๐Ÿ˜‰

In their defence, I saw em "back in the day" (Hillel on geetar) and they were mad, brilliant and quite original. Certainly not "just another rock band" that they've turned into. I mean, Flea - he used to effing PLAY that bass like it meant something. Just an old munter in bare feet now.

Really? Hillel played guitar for the Saturdays?

RHCP are okay occasionally - Under the Bridge, Scar Tissue, The Zephyr Song etc, but overall they are booooring to the extreme. I have seen them live a couple of times too and they don't really set the heart racing.
