The film is amusing and makes a good point, but I guess it breaches forum rule #1:

Damn right! Didn't realise the point but you were right to highlight. Had family diagnosed early with cancer and that alone basically saves lives!

Anyways, I would say the vid was quite overtly sexual in a lads mag kinda way but only in a deliberate attempt to grab the viewers attention before delivering a quite useful mention.
I can understand why someone might complain about it but I think it's fine. It's not intended to be sexual in nature, just to make the target audience think it is.
