I have to make the family some pancakes, and just found the scales are broken.

The only thing I have that I think I could measure flour in is one of these protein shake shakers...

[img] [/img]

it has ml and fl oz marks up the side.

Question is, is 4 oz of flour the same volume as 4 fluid oz?

😕

Cheers crikey - but unless I'm being stupid I can't see a 'fl oz' unit to convert to. It mentions cups, but all our cups are different sizes!

For perfect pancakes use equal amounts by volume of eggs (out of the shell), plain flour and milk. 8)

Really? Crack some eggs into a bowl, put some salt in, add a bit of milk and then flower until it come to the right thickness with whisking. All good.
