Ok, it's hardly world peace, but it looks like the government might be planning to get rid of bike bells, give electric bikes more va-va-voom, make bike racing easier, and allow your council to convert all the footpaths to cyclepaths (well, maybe that last one might be a bit optimistic)

Of course for balance, there might be another bit where there no long criminalise running over cyclists, but I haven't spotted it yet 🙂
