Hi ,
  Any idea if the road closures tomorrow with the football parade and Manchester run will allow me to get to Rochdale rd /shudehill by car from m62/regent rd , I'm not fully up on the manchester layout

The run is on the south west ofvthe city centre. Would have thought you be ok.
