Just had the third call in 18 months to say my M&S credit card has been cloned - someone is currently touring the UK using National Express and Travel Lodge in my name!
I'm very pleased that they are quick to spot it and very helpful about it all (a very efficient and good Indian call centre to boot!) but I've never had this with my other two cards which actually get used more, so thinking of cancelling the account with them.
Anyone else have this problem?

had problems with unrecognised payments with mine. think it was down to using a hijacked website. M&S were helpful and rogue items cancelled quickly.
