mail merge data from excel file the column is a calculated % of whole numbers . When its merged across to word its coming out with 7 or 8 decimal places. How do I stop it doing this?

I used to do a huge mail merge from Excel to Word for sending out invoices and formatting was a massive PITA. I made it work but I never really knew how...
