I'm about to start working in an office which isn't something that I haven't done for about a year. There is a microwave and kettle available in the work kitchen. For the past year I've eaten some variation of egg (scrambled, poached etc...) for lunch each day but this is longer an option.

I'm not only sort of diet but I'm not a big fan of sandwiches so what sorts of interesting food stuffs do other people eat for lunch at work each day that I could make with the equipment available? I will be trying to cook a bit extra in the evening to take in the next day for work sometimes but I tend to end up eating everything if I cook extra!

Thanks for any suggestions and ideas 🙂

Might make me a little unpopular though!

Leftovers. Make an extra portion of whatever you have for dinner the night before, nuke it (from orbit) the next day.

Tupperware is your friend. I make large pots of curry, freeze some and take the rest into work. At least here in Spain you can also get microwave portions of rice, 1min to heat up. Add one t'other...
