Went on the spinner early today as it was to wet and windy to ride on the road.
Forgot how boring a Spinner is 🙁
What I thought about doing is getting the old laptop and play a movie whilst on the bore machine of JRA about 15-20mph of woodland track and or road.
Anyone got any long movies or know where to get them. Rapidshare type links etc.

I'm commuting to work but seriously considering jogging to keep myself fit over winter.
Don't forget to do weights as cyclists can have lower bone densities in their spines than someone not doing any riding.

I've been in the woods before and seen branches come of the trees with the wind and fallers 😯 .
