Hows about that for a change in leadership? She's sacked before the story has even broke. Under JC that would have taken weeks and weeks to act upon. How times have changed eh?

Edit - Just read the offending article. Doesn't read as anti-semitic to me to be fair.
The contrast with Johnson / Corbyn is made even more clear.
Corbynites will say its harsh but who cares - its exactly the kind of zero tolerance that Labour need to get back the reputation.
Tories will look the other way as they know Johnson will never lift a finger on racism, corruption and rule breaking unless it helps him in some way.
This is also being covered in the Kier Starmer thread so if mods want to delete this...

Depends on the 'crime' I suppose.
Didn't he start running out of potential Shadow Cabinet members at the start of his Leadership, so many 'resigned'.
I'd be tempted to file this under 'any excuse' really.

Is it me, or is this post about 2 months out of date?
Another left wing muppet gone, loving the Labour party got to stick spiel. She was always on thin ice given her affiliation to the allotment dweller, there was never going to be any second chance if she screwed up, and she has.
TBH I think Starmer has been waiting for someone he can smite with the antisemite-hammer, it's good tactics/politics. I don't think I can agree that Long-Bailey has been shown to have done anything wrong though- the amendment to the article means that she could have repeated in good faith something that had been reported as fact by a reputable organisation, Amnesty. So i'm a bit conflicted but tbf I'm not sorry to see her off the benches, she was only there as an olive branch to the party's left, not from competence.
What on earth was she doing, retweeting something like that?
No doubt I'm being thick again, but the article was anti- Israeli Police, not anti Semitic.
Shirley? Or is it the same thing now?
Given the hysteria over anti semitism in the party, the fact she was only there as a sop to the left and Starmer was keen to show his credentials as being not Corbyn she should have been a lot more careful, but she's not known for her intelligence.
