i'm looking to book somewhere to stay for the sat/sun night of the ride london weekend and i don't know that part of london at all.
can anyone give me any advice where i should be looking for b&b/hotels etc within a 2 or 3 miles of the start and also what the parking situation is like in that area?

Park at QE Park, plenty of spaces in the shopping complex.
Plenty of travel lodges/premier inns too.
