Which for all his many, massive failings, I think Labour's only chance to avoid becoming another failed party* like Tories were (under Truss, for some if it) is to back Starmer if he moves back to the left without McSweeney pulling the strings to the right.
*I'm not saying that would be a bad thing, but a split centre/left vote risks a right wing givernment.
