Okay .... Should be simple this but .....
We currently have 6 light fittings in our cellar. They are recessed into the ceiling and use these bulbs:

Over the last few years we have had to replace a fair few.
They are designed to stay on nice on rather than on and off as we seem to need them.
Could I get away with using something like this?

Don't see why not if they fit.
6x7 = 42W and 6x11 = 66W, so not a big difference in load. The 11W will probably get hotter, so not last as long though...
