After reading yet another thread about teachers I've decided we should go back to the good old days of the USSR.
Everyone will go an live in communes known as catchment areas, thus eradicating the problem of commuters not being able to get to work for our glorious leader. Everyone will be paid an equal ammount thus ensureing that even the caretaker who has to grit the school paths so they can open can affod to live in the nice communes.
Who's with me combrades!
Say what you like about communists, they knew how to spell communism.
In the future all combrades will be treated equal, even the ones who cant spell.
Simples
nah - i like snow days. gives me chance to catch up with the ludicrous amounts of pointless paperwork that's demanded of me so that all the boxes are ticked for when ofsted next come in.
USSR was not communism - state socialism.
Never mind about goin back to the good old days of USSR, with your spelling perhap you should go back to school or get a spell checker ๐

On a slight tangent I watched this last night which I thought rather good:

That's if you survive the purges by the spelling and grammar squads.
flippinheckler - still trying to decipher your post on a different teacher based thread. I think you'll be sat on the yellow table!
If you are actually serious have a read of The Dispossessed by Ursula Le Guin.

I know what you mean to late to edit it now, I am sat in the corner with my back to the room with my Dunces hat on. It sounded okay in my head, and I did remember to take my tablets this morning!
Ha ha I'm going going to use an elastic band to fire chewed up bits of paper at you!
