Gutted. Only found the register after the PARIS project so was a bit late to the party. He seemed like a really top guy. At least he appeared to have made the most out of his life.
Post-pub nosh is the perfect antidote to the river cottage cook book.
He seems to have been one of those true eccentric s with a touch of the polymaths about him to boot.
I shall raise my Lohan mug in tribute shortly.

Wow - didn't hear about it back then 🙁 I don't read El' Reg as much as I did. No particular reason but thinking about it my decline in reading probably coincided with them making a complete hash out of a redesign of their App.
