Coffee.

I’d gone down to one a day anyway but my son challenged me to go without for 6 weeks.  He’s avoiding his iphone for the same period lol...

Coffee is a tricky one!! I feel awful without it 🙁 Anxious/tired - just shite really!! Just like when you have too much!!

Hoping the deactivated facebook will end in deletion!! No need for it what so ever - just hate the feeling that i may miss out on something - use it like a news aggregator and also in a photography group but hey ho!

I'm not going to murder the first born child of any household which hasn't daubed lambs blood around the doorframe.

Are you all doing it for religious reasons or is it just a prompt?

I’m giving up.

Yip, that’s it.

Just the remnants of my notice to run out, then I’m taking some time out from work. I’m a bit worn out and fancy a year or so without contemplating what ridiculous, and no doubt restrictive, regulations being forced upon my industry by the current crop of lying infighting halfwits.

🧐

I'm moving seamlessly from dry January to Lent. Becks Blue for 50 odd pence a bottle at Lidl.

Sweets and booze. I did the same for jan had a couple of beers on sat and a glass of wine last night now off again until Easter.
Sweets I’ve been avoiding since Christmas but I ate a box of Ferraro roster this week so off the sweet stuff again till chocolate eggs.

Not Lent per se but coincides with my month of detox/lifestyle-change kickstart.

Biscuits

Coffee

Meat

Dairy

Sugar

Alcohol

Crisps

Chips

Looking fwd to sitting down with a 🍺 and some salted 🥜  in March.  Very much so.

Technically booze, because my liver is on its arse (medical term) because I took too many drugs last year (doctors told me to take them, m’lud)

lent might have finished when im allowed to drink again, so might stick it out.
