To anyone who may know. The misses and i are divorcing, it is all very amiccable and are going through a mediation service. We are both currently eligable for legal aid.
If your earnings increase during the process does it get recalculated or once you're eligable is that it and it doesn't matter if your means change?
Neither of us are currently seeking legal representation although we are both aware that at some point solicitors have to be involved.
