[Closed] LED Spotlights

I appreciate that this has been done before but I must admit to being confused. It is time to buy some more 12 V MR spots for my kitchen - as present I use an Osram Decostar product that claim brightness equivalent of 50W for 35W power use. Are there good alternative LEDs which you have experience of using. I bought one a few years ago but I didn't like the light colour or the amount of light - have things improved? I also use 20W equivalent where lighting is less of an issue, is there a good alternative for these.

Secondly, as I used a low voltage circuit, will my existing transformers be sufficient or do I need new ones?
