started working on a microsoft crm install and am discovering a few of the less advertised features, that you can hack elements of the interface quite nicely with some XML,
Problem is i don't know a lot of XML, i am learning as i go along, but am wondering what resources to use to both write and learn. I have a copy of visual studio on my work PC, predominantly for SQL work, are there any plugins??
Any books worth reading.
