After witnessing the most incompetent performance from my manager and the sales administration I have seen in 10 years of selling stuff, causing me to lose the largest order I have received this year (the PO number was in hand!!!!), i am thinking i would like to turn my hand to a more rewarding role, Professional Learning and Development, or a Sales trainer, something like that.

Do I need particular qualifications for this, or would enough transferrable skills suffice? Is it as rewarding as i envisage it to be? What do you and dont you like about this role? Where do i even begin to look? What do employers like this look for? Do you have any advice in general which i should consider?
