Planning on getting a basic grasp of German, has anyone used any of the above packages or can recommened anything else?
Going to go to a proper class in March but would like to make a start on it before then and ideally be able to have basic conversational skills by January when I will be in Vienna for a few days.

Bumping this as I'm interested in learning Spanish so was hoping to hear good/bad views on Rosetta Stone.
