I have got a bag of defrosted lamb chops and have foolishly just offered to cook tea for me and the missus. Im off today with my arm in a sling so nothing too fancy. Any ideas on what to do with them or best methods of cooking please. Dont fancy having them wacked under the George Foreman grille and slung on a plate

That there Jamie Oliver does a thing called lamb chop lollipops. The cooking is under a grill and dead simple. You then provide bowls of oil, herbs, nuts etc and the idea is to lift the chop by the bobe and dip it into the delicious loveliness before eating caveman-style. One handed so sling no problem.
