Im going to be in the neighbourhood for La Bresse Finals, does anybody know anything about entry etc. The internet draws pretty much a blank apart from a bunch of outdated pages. We would like to go and watch the XCC on Friday night and then the DH on Saturday.
I'm going. We had problems using their crap internet, in the end bought the tickets and got them by post with the aid of my French wife.
Appalling websites and lack of info is shocking. Even getting a simple list of the event times was very hard. If your in the area I think you can just turn up and buy a ticket.
We got some wrist bands, some for the lift and some for the event. I don't think they can close off a mountain, so if you get a lift pass I imagine you will get to see the events. Try ringing the French Tourist Office, they could help.
Try Pinkbike, they are much more into DH than here.
