My lad has got a new keyboard for his PC
He's tried several in fact - they won't work
Even more strange the hot keys along the top work but not the actual letter keys ?!?!?
Anyone know whats wrong ?

if ps2 maybe bent pins in the systemboard socket?
if usb, no idea really, possibly remove all usb drivers and also in the device manager and reboot
either way, get a ps2>usb convertor or vice versa to work round the problem, hopefully...
