I post here. Late.

Seriously, I try and eat before flying on the way back. And rest or sleep on the flight. Once home, a good dose of sunlight helps.

LOL - are you waiting for the BA flight as well?

I'm sat in the 1st class lounge which is taking the sting out of the wait......

Have you never worked shifts? 2 days 2 nights 4 off, here. Jet lag, piece of cake by comparison...

LOL

The test of a true relationship - The Mrs, or 1st Class Lounge......

Actually - you're not missing much. The wine isn't great and the wifi keeps dropping.

I'll roll a few crusts back from the front of the plane 😉

No help on jet lag but this thread has made me smile

A bigger test of love is complementary up grades..... Was flying home from canada with wife under her own name. I got an upgrade but she didn't, I'm afraid the decision did not take me long....

don't really suffer from jet lag that much, I guess it all depends on the times of day /night etc. I feel a bit tired sometimes but it's nothing a fairly early night doesn't sort out.

As someone who has spent and will continue to spend 90% of my working life 'jetlagged' I would love to find the perfect solution. It's been more fatiguing than working regular shifts too v890!

I try to keep on UK time for food and sleep where possible but otherwise it might mean out of sequence sleeps away and forcing my body clock to adjust by staying up longer in the UK. Stay easy on the booze too!

Sadly sleeping on the aircraft is a non-option (unless heavy crewed).
