Circa 1993. I used to stare at this model in Watches of Switzerland when I was in my early twenties.

Today, I found one for sale in superb condition and just had to purchase.

The LCD aspect can be switched off and it becomes completely invisible. Awesome.

Interesting style, not something I'd personally go for, but very wearable, and nice, clear face. The digital display is nicely subtle. Good catch.

Great if you like it, not feeling it myself and never been a fan of Bi-colour watches.

Thought the thread was going to contain one of these:-

Different strokes?

Is that what you tried last night with your Aldi meal and red wine?

Did you get it cheap as Jimmy Savilles reputation is now so tarnished? ๐Ÿ˜†

Wasn't there a chewing gum called Omega in the early 80's..?

Wearing my Omega Seamaster now... yours is certainly different! Nice that you've been able to find what you yearned for in your younger years.

I had one of them- it was okay, but wanted it for the alarm- was THE WORST BEEPER/BUZZER ever, stuck faithful to my normal Seamatser which is still ticking away nicely and use the bezel as alarm

Rockhopper. How do you use the bezel as an alarm?
