My mother in law is moving into a new flat with her partner, I'm tasked when replacing the kitchen. It's small and, in theory, I could fit in a washer and separate dryer. In reality this will mean loss of cupboard space that they need. Flat is too small for a seperate dryer elsewhere.

Combined washer dryer would be better but my experiwnce of these has been poor. Has anyone got real world experience of examples that work?

No (when compared to separates washer & dryer).

Did you try ‘washer drivers’?
