Oddly 53 didn't seem too bad but 54 is getting worryingly close to 60.

I'd never think to Google my own age, I guess they know my dob and things but "how old am I" feels very much like one of those Google searches I shouldn't do.

When I was in my mid 30’s I genuinely couldn’t not remember how old I was, mind you, Google wasn’t an option so I had to use my brain. Are you sure you’re only 54? 😂😜
I was 66 in August, the aches & pains have been around for a while but I keep plodding along as far as biking is concerned. Even if I just go & do 25 miles from the door & steady away.

When I had my latest covid jab the nurse asked my age and I didn't have a clue. She worked it out from my dob and got it wrong by one year but I didn't know any different to correct her.
