Hey,
I hope someone can help! My laptop is configured to use 1and1's pop3/smtp mail server for it's email, and before I rebuilt my laptop it used to fetch the email every 60 seconds or so, but now it seems to be about 20mins, or of course I press the 'send/receive' button.
Is there a way I can alter a setting?

Tools> Options> Mail Setup> Send\Receive Options
