I appear to have had a contact removed from my phone.
The phone hasn't left my side.
I haven't accidentally deleted it.
It's not connected to icloud in anyway.
No other contacts have disappeared.
So how could it of happened?
Is it a Mr Ree?
I am quite enjoying your infallibility. How can you be sure you haven't accidentally deleted it, you could have done it, accidentally...
Did the contract have a phone number â well as other details? If it didn't could a setting have been changed by an update, or accidentally, so that only contacts with a phone number show up?
She gave you a false name/number?
Because apple don't want you to be friends with them
Is the phone linked to Gmail account ...... Google contacts sync?

Drac I do get that from the original post, I had to think some time about it.
OP, no your phone has not been hacked. It's lost the contact due to a "sync" issue as above I suspect
Ghost in your house playing with phone while you were sleeping!
Did you update the ios? I know someone who lost all her contacts that way.
