Is this phishing (looks like google)

Even if you think it's not phishing, never click on anything in an email.

Close it and go to the actual site and do your checks if need be.

Looks like phishing to me.

Google don't send you an email. 

Instead when you login using their password manager the have a notification to say you details were in a breach or something like that. 

They do have notifications like this, just log into your Google account the normal way (no links from the email) and have a look for a notification) They monitor hacked data released online.

It's spam/phishing.

Just delete it.

Thanks I got the same notification in my account. But then asked for my pass word to confirm who I was. Hence my suspicion
