I'm actually smiling and feeling sick at the same time. It's not a pleasant feeling!

Who's the French cyclist lady, who's won everything there is to win, and her husband's just been done for drug stuff? - Could be her?

Mrs BigJohn and I always ride our bikes into town for nights out. Her high heels are fine for normal riding but when going up and down kerbs they can get caught very easily.

They're clearly mad. High Heels and Crank Brothers, more money than sense. Plus both only last 5 minutes.

Riding in heels is more difficult than I thought - I always consciously trained myself to keep my heels down as I ride but now, when I ride my Brompton into work in heels, I can sometimes catch the heel on the ground. Nearly ruined them more than once!!

And no - I would never wear bright red ones with cleats!!
